Senior Security Advisor, Falcon Complete – MSP/MSSP

📋 Description

• Oversee designated Partners.

• Evaluate the Falcon Complete environment of Partners to ensure it meets Falcon Complete standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with Partners to discuss potential improvements and provide recommendations for enhanced security.

• Develop suggestions for CrowdStrike product components that could enhance the security posture.

• Organize technical resources as required to guarantee prompt resolution of technical challenges.

• Reach out to Partners directly when discrepancies with Falcon Complete standards are detected.

• Record, update, and resolve all issues related to Partners in line with established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Partner satisfaction.

• Offer guidance and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Establish a ‘go-to-green’ strategy for Partners that are deviating from a secure and successful experience.

• Develop and present content to Partners.

• Participate in committees or focus groups aimed at enhancing processes and procedures.

• Train and mentor new Falcon Complete Partners on standards and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a Cybersecurity-focused role.

• More than 5 years of experience as a security advisor or consultant.

• Experience working with large, complex clients and managed service providers (MSPs) or managed security service providers (MSSPs).

• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in delivering presentations to sizable audiences (e.g., webinars).

• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Willingness to travel to visit Partners onsite or attend events.

• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in threat detection and incident response.

• Familiarity with the following frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
