Senior Manager, Security Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervising a team of Security compliance advisors dedicated to Gainwell's state-based clients.

• Serving as a subject matter expert, advisor, and mentor within a HIPAA-regulated environment related to Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Care products.

• Engaging with account teams, Gainwell's executive leadership, and Gainwell's clients.

• Overseeing the management of SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, and various other audit processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• A minimum of twelve years of experience in areas such as Security Compliance, Audit Management, and audit responses, preferably within a Healthcare setting.

• At least eight years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles.

• CISSP and other relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware.
