This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Creates and implements a detailed IT roadmap encompassing applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Ensures the alignment of IT strategy with business objectives to foster growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Acts as a principal advisor to executive leadership regarding technology investments, risks, and opportunities.
• Manages IT governance, budgeting, vendor relationships, and resource allocation across all areas.
• Develops and sustains a strong and cohesive Disaster Recovery Plan to guarantee business continuity.
• Directs the strategy, development, and enhancement of ERP and enterprise applications.
• Collaborates with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
• Ensures the adoption of effective change management practices and a risk-based systems validation process for all system implementations and upgrades.
• Supervises the design, execution, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, cloud environments, and data centers.
• Guarantees the high availability, performance, and scalability of all IT systems and services.
• Establishes and monitors service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure an exceptional end-user support experience.
• Directs network architecture, telecommunications, and the lifecycle of enterprise hardware/software.
• Leads strategies for disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience.
• Owns the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, which includes threat prevention, detection, and response.
• Ensures the implementation and efficacy of security controls.
• Maintains adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Conducts risk assessments and ensures the execution of mitigation strategies across systems and infrastructure.
• Oversees IT service delivery, encompassing help desk, technical support, and end-user services.
• Promotes continuous improvement within IT operations, service quality, and user satisfaction.
• Establishes and nurtures strong partnerships with vendors, consultants, and hosting providers.
• Builds and leads high-performing teams across applications, infrastructure, and security.
• Develops team capabilities, succession plans, and organizational structures to support growth.
• Cultivates a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for IT staff.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, encompassing oversight of applications, infrastructure, and security.
• Extensive experience with manufacturing ERP systems (preferably Infor Syteline; alternatives include SAP/Oracle/JDE).
• Proven expertise in managing infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in leading enterprise cybersecurity programs and risk management efforts.
• Demonstrated success in guiding cross-functional teams and managing complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud environments, Active Directory, disaster recovery, and IT security frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of successfully passing a drug and background check.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; Quva is unable to sponsor work visa applicants.
