Senior Security Advisor, Falcon Complete

📋 Description

• Evaluate the customer's Falcon environment to ensure it meets Falcon Complete standards.

• Offer recommendations to Falcon Complete customers that contribute to enhanced security.

• Develop and suggest remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components that could improve security posture.

• Reach out to customers directly when identifying any discrepancies with Falcon Complete standards.

• Record, update, and resolve all customer-related issues in line with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Create and supply customers with service reports and statistics upon request.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the support team to assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Cybersecurity-focused role.

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to guide clients towards their desired outcomes.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and address customer concerns.

• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.

• Experience or proven knowledge in threat detection and incident response.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.

• Cybersecurity certifications from recognized organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalent.
