• Accountable for developing innovative solutions to enhance advisory value for customers.
• Facilitates IAM assessment discovery meetings to thoroughly explore tailored Access Management solutions.
• Utilizes insights from discovery sessions to create assessments that include recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Assists clients during the vendor selection process.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the presales process, identifying the services that best align with their needs.
• The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Access Management, covering both Workforce IAM and Customer Identity (CIAM).
• Over seven years of practical experience in designing, architecting, and developing Access Management solutions across diverse technologies (Okta or Ping).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating technical documentation and presentations.
• Proven experience in leading discussions on technical architecture and security design.
• Background in managing consultative and complex technical deployment projects, handling multiple stakeholder relationships.
• 4-5 years of experience in scoping and estimating complex projects.
• 4-5 years of experience in responding to RFPs and formulating statements of work.
• Familiarity with common IAM industry standards and best practices.
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only, some travel may be required for certain positions, on-site work may be necessary for Federal positions).
