This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analysis and implementation of technology, GenAI-driven workflows, and Lighthouse proprietary culling technologies to minimize data volume before review.
• Spearhead the creation of workflow and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) strategies and documentation.
• Design and implement custom solutions and workflows, ensuring the effective use of GenAI-supported analysis and automation.
• Utilize expertise in DART syntax and IQ ECA to enhance ECA/data minimization strategies.
• Perform complex and multi-faceted analyses.
• Lead high-accuracy and timely Keyword Search Consultation (KWC) services for clients.
• Devise solutions for intricate client requests, demonstrating custom or innovative problem-solving skills.
• Direct the development of client-facing analyses, reports, and other key deliverables.
• Discover opportunities for innovation, particularly in the responsible integration of AI into Search Consulting workflows and outputs.
• Manage service activities related to process and tool innovation, service standardization, best-practice definition, service documentation, and formal training.
• Engage in initiatives beyond billable work that align with company and Tech Enabled Review departmental goals.
• Act as an internal liaison for project management teams.
• Ensure that questions from project management teams and clients are resolved promptly.
• Oversee collaboration with project management teams regarding client communications, consultations, and escalations.
• Actively mentor junior team members.
• Undertake additional tasks as required.
• Exceptional communication and consultation abilities, particularly in expert client-facing Keyword Search Consultation (KWC).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Robust analytical skills.
• Technical proficiency and practical knowledge of AI-enabled methods for eDiscovery workflows.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with a focus on encouraging these traits in others.
• Capability to manage conflicting priorities and work either independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms; proficiency in Relativity is required.
• Mastery of dtSearch syntax is essential.
• Proficiency in developing regular expressions is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience in eDiscovery.
• At least five years of experience in developing data minimization/culling strategies and applying workflows.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in client services or similar leadership roles in eDiscovery is preferred.
• Proven experience integrating GenAI, dtSearch, Relativity, DART syntax, IQ ECA, or similar technology-enabled culling workflows into search consultation and data minimization processes is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, communicate via telephone, and read printed materials.
• May be required to be on call occasionally and work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
