This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Mentor and guide globally distributed teams of cross-functional Quality experts.

• Manage several testing projects in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

• Create, document, execute, and automate essential tests to ensure the stability and proper functioning of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development within Agile quality organizations and/or project management.

• Proven experience in mentoring engineers within agile development teams.

• Background in delivering SaaS systems/platforms, modern Javascript applications, or other web-based products.

• Strong understanding of web browsers, servers, security, APIs, and performance metrics.

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Practical experience in utilizing AI agents for software testing processes.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and the usage patterns of AI tools.

• Experience in assessing and implementing AI-powered testing platforms or frameworks.
