This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the successful execution of initiatives from inception to production and client release.

• Functioning as a facilitator within the technology team, promoting methodological discipline, organization, and execution in line with the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and the Bank's delivery playbook.

• Identifying, documenting, and resolving current and future impediments that could impact the initiative.

• Contributing to the overall project success by ensuring that objectives, plans, and specific initiatives are executed effectively to support business strategies and goals.

• Ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal regulations, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional Profile

• - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

• - Proven experience in leading complex projects, preferably within the financial sector or under structured delivery frameworks.

• - Conversational English proficiency (B2 or higher).

• - Experience in regional or multi-country projects (highly valued).

• Technical Knowledge and Frameworks

• - Advanced mastery of traditional, agile, and hybrid project methodologies, along with DevOps practices.

• - Expert in management tools (Jira and Confluence).

• - Knowledge and application of Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and corporate delivery playbooks.

• Agile Competencies and Mindset

• - Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to influence, be proactive, and develop effective relationships at all levels (corporate networking).

• - Project Management: Skill in planning, risk control, results-oriented execution, and autonomy within tight deadlines.

• - Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems under pressure, focusing on continuous learning and innovation.

• - Adaptability: Resilience in the face of technological, regulatory, or organizational changes, with agility in assimilating internal banking processes.
