Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

• Serve as a servant leader and coach, assisting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions and achieving their goals.

• Identify and eliminate impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and challenges that affect team performance.

• Advocate for Agile values, principles, and best practices among teams and stakeholders.

• Assist Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and planning tasks.

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership in a global context.

• Aid in Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to enhancing organizational Agile maturity.

• Track and enhance team effectiveness through Agile metrics, feedback, and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams within international organizations or global corporate settings.

• Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.

• SAFe Agilist certification (or equivalent SAFe certification) and practical experience in scaled Agile environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.

• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across various locations and time zones.

• Proven capability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and promote Agile adoption.

• Practical experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capacity to influence without direct authority and build robust relationships across all organizational levels.
