Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support a self-organizing and self-managing team in reaching its objectives.

• Provide teaching and coaching on team practices.

• Execute and uphold SAFe principles and methodologies.

• Recognize and remove obstacles to facilitate workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility; successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph may be required for this position.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• Have 10+ years of pertinent experience.

• Familiarity with Agile environments, principles, frameworks, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

• Knowledge of Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban methodologies.

• Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or as a Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
