Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead agile teams focused on impactful digital products, ensuring genuine autonomy within a collaborative setting.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, review, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles while shielding the team from distractions.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and constructive feedback.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing backlog practices effectively.

• Track agile metrics and support the team’s decision-making processes.

• Act as a reference point for stakeholders on agile practices.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions on agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master within digital product teams.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles (such as Lean and empiricism).

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

• Strong facilitation skills, conflict resolution, and team coaching abilities.

• Proficiency in English for professional communication.

• Familiarity with agile metrics including lead time, throughput, CFD, and burndown charts.
