Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from gathering requirements to design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Design and establish integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and external systems.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding integration architecture, best practices, and solution design.

• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Configure, develop, and support integrations utilizing SAP integration technologies.

• Establish and uphold integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.

• Ensure the security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards in integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in SAP integration and SuccessFactors projects.

• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Experience in configuring and supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service).

• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs.

• Experience in client-facing consulting, including workshops, advisory roles, and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in English.
