This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Lead intricate SAP IBP initiatives and planning transformations spanning various industries from pre-sales to go-live and optimization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping the planning strategy, operating model, and solution roadmap.
• Assume ownership of the complete solution architecture across IBP modules, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response as necessary.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops to define processes, confirm scope, and align both business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide design authority in the areas of planning design, master data approach, key figure modeling, and integration strategy.
• Ensure delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing governance, RAID management, testing strategy, and cutover readiness.
• Lead and assist in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Advise teams on best practice solution design, documentation standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering capability enhancement and knowledge sharing within the practice.
• Offer post-go-live advisory, continuous improvement recommendations, and value-realization initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence and advise at the executive level.
• Multiple SAP IBP projects completed, including ownership of end-to-end outcomes in complex programs.
• Strong consulting leadership experience with a proven track record of managing outcomes related to scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Not solely an IBP expert—transferable Digital Supply Chain knowledge is highly valued, including areas such as Production, Digital Manufacturing, PP/DS, Procurement, Sales, or Warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability in solution architecture, design governance, and senior-level stakeholder management.
• Strong grasp of integrated planning processes and planning maturity uplift (Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP).
• Experience in developing integration and data strategies in collaboration with technical teams (e.g., CPI-DS/SDI or equivalent).
• Pre-sales experience is highly regarded, encompassing scoping, estimation, solution positioning, and client presentations.
• SAP IBP certification and/or advanced SAP planning training are highly valued.
