This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to enable clients to maximize the benefits of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Assist current clients through workshops, troubleshooting, solution recommendations, and advisory services.
• Comprehend and document the scope, requirements, processes, system configurations, testing plans, and related activities.
• Create essential project documentation such as workbooks, blueprints, and test scripts.
• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Aid in establishing HR environments across client landscapes, including cutover activities and instance migrations.
• Coordinate configuration tasks, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Engage in testing cycles, identify defects, raise SAP support tickets, and oversee defect resolution from build through post-go-live.
• Provide end-user training and produce high-quality documentation.
• Prepare and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Work closely with other SuccessFactors specialists within the organization.
• Maintain regular communication with functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate a smooth transition of projects into support at the project's conclusion.
• Generate final handover documentation for clients and the Zalaris support team.
• Enhance our customer deliveries in a customer-focused manner.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including leading and supporting delivery projects.
• Proven experience with full-cycle implementations—your expertise is valued more than your bachelor's degree.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience with additional modules, such as Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals, is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors integration with SAP/ECP Payroll and replication processes is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of accountability, particularly when under pressure.
• Proven commitment to problem-solving, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as in collaborative team settings.
• Willingness to mentor and coach colleagues and contribute to team development.
