Senior SAP Solution Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business clients, users, technical architects, and application designers to establish functional business process requirements for SAP within a specified functional domain.

• Deliver comprehensive life-cycle support.

• Develop system documentation, which includes operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, as well as technical support documentation.

• Work alongside business stakeholders and delivery managers to comprehend detailed business requirements.

• Act as the primary IT point of contact and leader for customer-facing initiatives.

• Transition requirements and use cases to designers while ensuring a clear understanding.

• Convert requirements and use cases into test conditions and anticipated results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

• Engage in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and work products related to requirements.

• Diagnose, debug, and test existing solutions to maintain business continuity.

• Collaborate with IT teams on integration, development, and cross-functional requirements.

• Leverage new and existing technologies to create tailored solutions that support the commercial and order-to-cash organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient English language skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled commercial and order-to-cash processes in SAP.

• Experience with end-to-end, full life-cycle SAP implementation.

• Extensive knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

• Strong understanding of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.

• Practical experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP.

• EDI experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus.
