Senior SAP IS‑U CCS Functional Analyst — Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the billing processes (AMS) by analyzing and resolving incidents and tickets.

• Gather, map, and elaborate on new business requirements (Application Development – AD).

• Configure and implement enhancements to SAP IS‑U billing processes.

• Ensure proper integration of the Meter-to-Cash process, which involves the following modules:

• - SAP IS‑U Billing (CCS);

• - SAP FI‑CA;

• - SAP Device Management (DM);

• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development.

• Conduct unit and integration tests, and assist in user acceptance testing alongside business areas.

• Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring accurate implementation of requirements.

• Possess experience in master data management, including:

• - Contract;

• - Contract account;

• - Installation;

• Demonstrate experience in support (AMS) projects, continuous improvement, and implementations.

• Have experience in preparing functional specifications and collaborating closely with ABAP teams.

• Hold an analytical profile with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact easily with business areas.

• Proven experience as a SAP IS‑U CCS (Billing) Functional Analyst.

• Advanced understanding of:

• - Billing Schemas;

• - Rate and price determination;

• - Mass billing;

• - Billing simulations.

• Additional advantages include:

• - Experience in SAP IS‑U implementation, rollout, or digital transformation projects.
