Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute SAP Incentive Management solutions.

• Collect business requirements and design compensation strategies.

• Set up and assist with commission calculations, incentive parameters, quotas, territories, and workflows.

• Collaborate with teams to facilitate testing and support during the go-live phase.

• Offer hypercare assistance following implementation.

• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure successful integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP Incentive Management.

• Practical experience in implementing SAP Incentive Management solutions.

• Comprehensive end-to-end implementation experience.

• Strong knowledge in both functional aspects and configuration.

• Proficient in gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans.

• Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting.

• Background in integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.

• Multiple full lifecycle implementations are preferred.

• Direct experience working alongside business stakeholders is preferred.

• Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems is preferred.

• Preferred experience in SQL and data migration.
