Senior SAP GRC Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily AMS support tasks, which include user access provisioning, role management, troubleshooting access issues, and addressing SAP security incidents and requests.

• Evaluate and resolve authorization errors across multiple SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, GRC, Cloud, etc.).

• Oversee requests for role modifications, creation, or deletion based on business and project requirements.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and validate role adjustments, ensuring they comply with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and relevant compliance standards.

• Assist with GRC processes (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management) when applicable.

• Engage in regular client meetings and ensure transparent communication regarding ticket status and resolution updates.

• Adhere to and maintain proper documentation of AMS processes and the knowledge base.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements or automation within the realm of Security & Authorizations (S&A) support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Stakeholder management: build and maintain robust relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) for managing tickets.
