Senior SAP EWM/LE Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to convert intricate supply chain processes into adaptable SAP solutions.

• Take ownership of the functional configuration and customization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), covering Inbound, Outbound, Internal processes, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Slotting.

• Effectively connect warehouse operations with outbound shipping, overseeing complex transportation, delivery splits, packaging specifications, and Handling Unit Management (HUM) from Procurement to Delivery.

• Develop functional specifications for complex system boundaries, coordinating integrations with Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), and automation layers (WCS/PLC via MFS).

• Create and execute thorough test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure adherence to pharma tracking regulations (serialization and batch management).

• Mentor junior team members, assess functional deliverables, and lead key-user training programs within a globally distributed delivery framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of core SAP Logistics experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years focused on SAP EWM (at least 2 full lifecycle implementations).

• Demonstrated success in a regulated environment (Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare) with extensive knowledge of batch management and cold-chain logistics.

• Practical experience in configuring Post Processing Framework (PPF), Yard Management, Cross-Docking, and Value-Added Services (VAS).

• Experience in deploying SAP Mobile Technologies (RF Framework, ITSMobile, RFID) for shop-floor scanner operations.

• Strong understanding of interactions between EWM/LE and related modules: MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP/QM.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate or Agile Delivery methodologies.
