Senior SAP Developer, ABAP/Fiori

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Consulting on architecture, solutions, and implementation

• Guiding clients in mapping cloud-based processes and formulating target versus actual concepts

• Conducting requirements and feasibility analyses, preparing cost estimates, and presenting proposals to clients

• Developing, conceptualizing, and designing modern architectural solutions

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding troubleshooting and strategic advice related to pertinent modules

• Possessing a strong understanding of customer master data management

• Providing ongoing updates on project status and suggesting constructive options

• Consistently showcasing and delivering a strong commitment to professional customer service

• Leveraging technical and industry expertise to identify and resolve complex client challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer, particularly within SAP ERP

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Comprehensive system understanding and specialized knowledge in developing relevant processes within SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA

• Experience in SAP application management as a developer or involvement in S/4HANA implementation projects (both brownfield and greenfield)

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level (or at a communicative level with a willingness to improve)

• Readiness to travel and undertake extended stays abroad (approximately three two-week trips over a six-month timeframe)

• Willingness to familiarize thoroughly with German legal requirements and regulatory frameworks

• Nice to have: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in the context of Application Management Services (preferably with ServiceNow)

• Initial experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, or Design Thinking) and DevOps tools like Jira and Confluence

• Experience with SAP BI/BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, and SAP Business Technology Platform

• Initial exposure to the public sector and/or understanding of the healthcare industry

• Experience in interface development and/or Fiori/UI5
