Senior SAP APO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engagement in L2/L3 SAP APO support

• Resolution of incidents and recurring issues

• Monitoring of CIF, CCR, queues, and integrations

• Support for Process Chains and APO Jobs

• Assistance with PP/DS processes and detailed planning

• Support for the Detailed Scheduling Planning Board

• Management and correction of Master Data inconsistencies

• Support for integrations between ECC and APO

• Assistance in improvements, testing, and changes

• Documentation of procedures, RCA, and operational knowledge

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior SAP APO Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in AMS/productive support

• Strong expertise in CIF, CCR, Queue Monitoring, Process Chains, PP/DS, APO Master Data, and ECC/APO integration

• Advanced troubleshooting experience required, along with production planning and global SLA-oriented environments

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory

• Knowledge of O9 will be a plus
