This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for designing and executing BI, reporting, and analytics solutions utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Your role includes developing data models, KPIs, as well as crafting stories, dashboards, and applications (including Analytics Designer) in SAP Analytics Cloud to meet various banking reporting needs (e.g., accounting, ESG, or risk management).
• You work closely with business departments to analyze requirements and provide guidance on aligning their reporting goals within SAC.
• You collaborate with backend developers to ensure optimal data modeling and data provisioning.
• You enhance the performance of SAC applications and assist in troubleshooting efforts.
• You design and implement role and authorization frameworks in SAC.
• You assist in the introduction, administration, and integration of SAC, including related testing (e.g., integration, authorization, or user acceptance tests).
• You deliver presentations and training sessions while supporting future users.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud projects, complemented by a relevant qualification or training, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong expertise in developing reporting dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud, along with skills in data modeling and KPI definition.
• Proven experience in optimizing the performance of reporting and data models, as well as efficiently provisioning data for analytics applications.
• Ideally, familiarity with SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud, or SAP HANA Cloud as data sources for SAC.
• Experience with the SAC Analytics Designer and JavaScript is considered an advantage.
• Proficient in business-level German and English.
• A willingness to travel throughout Germany.
