
Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Perform research on clients' utilization of Salesforce, generating a report that includes findings along with recommended actions and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with team members and clients to develop prototypes and proofs of concept to effectively gather and define requirements.
• Evaluate solutions and suggest enhancements.
• Manage and improve the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the design for Salesforce and potentially other related solutions for Sales, Service, and platform needs.
• Serve as a release manager, approving configurations and coded items for deployment across environments, including implementing changes when necessary.
• Offer guidance on the style of user story writing.
• Ensure that success criteria and acceptance criteria are established for each story.
• Illustrate and describe designs with appropriate justifications.
• Document the procedures required for testing.
• Oversee the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes for Salesforce.
• Engage in collaborative planning for projects and workstreams.
• Experienced in facilitating discussions at all client levels, from project teams to C-suite executives.
• Occasional travel to client locations (typically quarterly or less) for requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions.
• Over 7 years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• More than 3 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications (minimum of Admin, Advanced Admin, and Service Cloud).
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—along with proficiency in engaging audiences during in-person and virtual meetings, with the ability to adapt messaging for various levels.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying trends and providing actionable suggestions based on findings.
• Availability and responsiveness to inquiries, with the capability to convey concepts visually and in writing to empower stakeholders to make confident decisions.
• A strategic mindset towards solution design, demonstrating a proven ability to formulate and implement tactical plans that align with overarching strategies.
• Outstanding capability to coach, inspire, and guide a diverse team of Salesforce professionals.
• Technical Architect certification is a plus.
• Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
