Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and implement intricate Salesforce solutions that align with business goals

• Guide project teams and assist in sprint planning activities

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and team members

• Execute advanced automation, integrations, and initiatives for Salesforce optimization

• Conduct data migrations, ensuring data validation and integrity checks

• Work closely with clients to map out business processes and address technical challenges

• Engage in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

• Guarantee successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation

• More than 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud

• Salesforce Administrator certification required

• A minimum of two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud)

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions

• In-depth knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud

• Proficiency in Journey Builder

• Experience in designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks

• Proven track record in leading client workshops, developing proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
