Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing and supporting onshore operations related to the EPLUS product, which is developed on the Salesforce platform.

• Rapidly acquire knowledge and comprehension of the EPLUS product's functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with clients.

• Liaise with internal offshore teams to guarantee seamless operations and effective issue resolution.

• Act as the main onshore contact for clients, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team.

• Oversee stakeholder communication, manage issue resolution, and handle escalations.

• Operate across various time zones in a remote working setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.

• At least 5 years in a client-facing role as a Salesforce Consultant.

• Excellent communication skills for customer relations and stakeholder management.

• Over 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms.

• Capability to swiftly learn new product features and business processes.

• Proven experience in coordinating activities between onshore and offshore teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud is preferred.

• Experience in collaborating with distributed or global teams is a plus.

• Must be able to work within the EST time zone.
