Senior Salesforce Developer – Talent Connection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Design, improve, and provide support for Managed Packages intended for AppExchange.

• Tailor and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to fulfill business needs.

• Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging Salesforce APIs.

• Diagnose and optimize Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and compliance with platform best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality Salesforce solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Profound knowledge in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining Managed Packages for AppExchange.

• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Proven experience in developing integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, security model, and governor limits.

• Familiarity with Git and Salesforce DX.

• An advanced level of English is required for this role, as you will be collaborating with US clients. Effective communication in English is crucial to provide optimal solutions to our clients and broaden your professional horizons.
