Senior Salesforce Developer – Full Time or Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You have the capability to independently design, construct, and manage intricate, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Facilitate a smooth transition of platform ownership both prior to and following the go-live phase.

• Uphold stringent operational standards, which include accurate real-time billable time logging, thorough ticket documentation, and detailed project artifacts.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define solutions while effectively managing the flow of information to keep leadership and clients consistently informed about status and risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a strong emphasis on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design within a consulting or enterprise setting.

• Prior experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly desirable (Good-to-have).

• A strong willingness and strategic approach to sustain, maintain, and enhance a single, complex solution over a three-year period.

• A demonstrated history of effective self-management.

• The capability to clearly and confidently communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.
