Senior Salesforce Developer – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Execute system administration tasks and declarative automation.

• Evaluate the effects of Salesforce seasonal updates.

• Create innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate with other systems while fulfilling both technical and business requirements.

• Lead and offer expertise on scalable, future-oriented Salesforce projects.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

• Provide strategic advice and technical leadership during all phases of project lifecycles.

• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to improve service offerings and practice development.

• Mentor team members and share architectural knowledge.

• Partner with product teams to define and refine project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred.

• Salesforce Admin certification; Advanced Admin certification is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce architect role.

• Proficiency across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.

• Practical experience in configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, security controls, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, sharing settings, and other declarative automation.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Fluent in English.

• Must be located in Latam.
