Senior Salesforce Developer – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Carry out system administration tasks and implement declarative automation.

• Assess the effects of Salesforce's seasonal updates.

• Create innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate with other systems, addressing both technical and business requirements.

• Lead Salesforce projects, ensuring a scalable and future-ready architecture.

• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects punctually.

• Offer strategic advice and technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Keep an eye on new Salesforce features and trends to improve service offerings and development practices.

• Guide and mentor team members, providing architectural insights.

• Collaborate with product teams to define and refine project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred.

• Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory; Advanced Admin certification is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce architect position.

• Proficient across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.

• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, security controls, Process Builder, flows, approval processes, sharing settings, and other forms of declarative automation.

• Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Residing in Latin America.
