Senior Salesforce Developer – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute system administration and implement declarative automation.

• Assess the effects of Salesforce seasonal updates.

• Create Salesforce solutions that integrate with other systems while fulfilling both technical and business requirements.

• Oversee Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-ready.

• Work in partnership with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

• Offer strategic advice and technical direction throughout the lifecycle of projects.

• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to improve service offerings and practice development.

• Guide team members and provide architectural insights.

• Collaborate with product teams to define and refine project requirements.

• Team up with business and development teams to guarantee system integrity and scalability.

• Assess, suggest, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business goals.

• Enhance business value for sales and marketing through both existing and new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Architect certification is strongly preferred.

• Salesforce Admin certification is required; Advanced Admin certification is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce architect position.

• Proficiency across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.

• Practical experience in configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, security controls, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, sharing settings, and other declarative controls and automation.

• Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Must be located in Latin America.
