Senior Salesforce Developer, Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, scalable, and AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions across the Salesforce, Data 360, and Agentforce platforms.

• Conceive and execute tailored agentic and non-agentic solutions by utilizing the extensive programmatic capabilities of Salesforce and Data 360, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Business Rules Engine.

• Create and develop Data 360 solutions that benefit Generative AI, using Unstructured DMOs, Retrievers, Search Indexes, and Document Processing, while becoming well-versed in RAG best practices.

• Work in conjunction with Data 360, AI, Architecture, and Project teams to transform requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Construct scalable and secure data solutions on Data 360—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and real-time activation patterns.

• Design and build integrations connecting Data 360, MuleSoft, enterprise data warehouses, and other systems using both real-time and batch patterns.

• Formulate strategies to address complex technical challenges by leveraging the complete suite of Data 360 capabilities.

• Investigate and implement cutting-edge AI functionalities, including GPT and LLM-driven use cases powered by unified customer data.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, Agentforce improvements, and platform best practices, while obtaining and maintaining relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Act as a NeuraFlash ambassador within the Salesforce Community and contribute to fostering a company culture centered on success and enjoyment.

• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and corporate events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce Platform.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Experience in developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) constructs—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and activation.

• Proficiency in SQL and concepts related to data transformation.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Experience with source control and strategies for branching/pull requests.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of conveying intricate technical details to diverse audiences.
