Senior Salesforce Developer, Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, scalable, and AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions across the Salesforce, Data 360, and Agentforce platforms.

• Create and implement tailored agentic and non-agentic solutions utilizing the extensive programmatic capabilities of Salesforce and Data 360, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Business Rules Engine.

• Develop Data 360 solutions aimed at enhancing Generative AI, employing Unstructured DMOs, Retrievers, Search Indexes, and Document Processing, while gaining expertise in RAG best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Data 360, AI, Architecture, and Project teams to transform requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Construct scalable and secure data solutions on Data 360—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and real-time activation patterns.

• Design and establish integrations between Data 360, MuleSoft, enterprise data warehouses, and other systems using both real-time and batch patterns.

• Formulate strategies to address complex technical challenges by leveraging the complete suite of Data 360 capabilities.

• Investigate and implement cutting-edge AI features, including GPT and LLM-driven use cases powered by unified customer data.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, Agentforce improvements, and platform best practices, while acquiring and maintaining relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Act as a NeuraFlash ambassador in the Salesforce Community and contribute to fostering a company culture centered on success and enjoyment.

• Be prepared to travel up to 25% for client projects and company events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software and application development.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce Platform.

• Proficient in Apex and JavaScript, with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Experienced in developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) constructs—DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and activation.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation concepts.

• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
