Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Tailor Salesforce to align with the organization’s business objectives

• Integrate current systems and services into the CRM framework

• Support deployment and provisioning tasks

• Execute Salesforce business analysis responsibilities and activities

• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT specialists to deliver Salesforce solutions

• Comprehend, analyze, and document business processes and requirements

• Generate clear and concise functional documentation

• Identify potential system issues and risks linked to development initiatives

• Uphold system security, privacy regulations, and system integrity

• Enhance internal processes and create knowledge-base documentation

• Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies to guarantee system compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Developer

• Familiarity with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, and OmniStudio Developer certifications are advantageous

• Strong functional and system understanding of Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, particularly in configuration

• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

• Proficient in development, customization, integrations, APIs, SOAP/REST services, and deployment activities

• Capability to analyze and document business requirements and processes in written form

• Ability to assess business and technical issues related to Salesforce.com and devise effective solutions

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
