Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement Salesforce solutions utilizing configuration and custom coding in accordance with approved architecture and functional designs.

• Develop and maintain Apex (including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Construct and support data models, business processes, and automations for Life Sciences Cloud.

• Provide Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, Omnichannel routing, entitlements, and email-to-case.

• Design and execute integrations using MuleSoft or comparable middleware, including REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.

• Aid in the implementation of integration reliability practices, focusing on error handling, retries, and idempotency.

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews.

• Create unit tests, assist with System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing, and address defects.

• Facilitate regulated life sciences delivery with emphasis on validation, auditability, and change control.

• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) release practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong practical knowledge in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and data modeling.

• Experience with various Salesforce clouds, with a preference for Service Cloud.

• Proven experience in building and supporting integrations.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools.

• Experience in working within Agile delivery teams.

• Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (preferred or equivalent experience).
