Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions focusing on core CRM and CPQ functionalities.

• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Business Systems Analysts to convert business requirements into technical designs and deliverables.

• Provide support for the development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems, including Zuora, middleware, and other enterprise platforms.

• Create and uphold Apex code, Lightning components, and configuration-based solutions in line with established standards.

• Engage in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards.

• Assist with unit testing, system testing, and resolution of defects.

• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

• Participate in release activities, including deployment support, validation, and post-release monitoring.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other teams to guarantee system functionality and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, encompassing APIs, middleware, and asynchronous processing.

• Solid grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.

• Experience in supporting enterprise systems characterized by high data volume and intricate workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently in a cross-functional, agile setting.

• Strong communication skills.
