This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take an essential role in enhancing the CRM capabilities of the Direct Division by utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360 to provide intelligent, data-driven experiences.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360 to meet changing business and operational requirements.
• Spearhead the implementation and customization of Agentforce and Data 360 functionalities, facilitating intelligent workflows, AI-driven automation, contextual insights, and predictive decision-making.
• Utilize hands-on AI expertise, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools, to enhance analytics, automation, reporting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency powered by Salesforce.
• Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, APIs, and external data sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and scalability.
• Advocate for a “configuration-before-code” development approach, utilizing declarative tools whenever feasible while incorporating custom development when necessary.
• Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and integrations to expand platform functionality and address complex business needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce platform performance, proactively seeking opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, security, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions that align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and evolution of the platform by minimizing technical debt, promoting reusable design patterns, and establishing best practices for Salesforce development.
• Keep abreast of emerging Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies, assessing and implementing innovations that enhance business outcomes and developer productivity.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud environments.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce platform development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, integrations, security models, and declarative automation.
• Strong experience in architecting and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and external data sources.
• Experience in implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Practical experience in leveraging AI technologies, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools, to enhance automation, analytics, customer engagement, or operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform governance, release management, DevOps, and scalable design best practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, security, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, capable of driving complex initiatives from design to deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant certifications, Salesforce AI Associate or other AI-related certifications are advantageous.
