This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Solution Development and Architecture:

• Create Salesforce features leveraging both declarative and programmatic functionalities of the platform.

• Implement solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other aspects of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Engage in the definition and evaluation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with the architectural standards set by the Salesforce CoE.

• Aid in the advancement of the Reference Architecture, endorsing best practices and corporate standards.

• Work on data modeling, objects, relationships, and system integrations.

• Assist in technical design discussions with functional teams, architects, and business squads.

• Quality and Software Engineering:

• Ensure the technical quality of solutions developed by implementing software engineering best practices.

• Apply development principles such as SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Code, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.

• Create unit tests and ensure sufficient coverage of implemented components.

• Conduct thorough validations of solutions prior to their promotion to subsequent environments.

• Foster a culture of secure development and continuous quality within the squads.

• DevOps and Delivery Governance:

• Ensure proper application of code versioning processes and branch management.

• Maintain synchronization among repositories, sandboxes, and development environments.

• Take action to resolve versioning conflicts and integration issues between teams and delivery flows.

• Execute and oversee CI/CD processes using corporate pipelines.

• Monitor and address issues raised by quality and security tools, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Veracode, and SourceClear Scan.

• Assist and lead code promotions among Development, Homologation (UAT), and Production environments.

• Develop and sustain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Support projects that involve Cloud-to-Cloud architectures and distributed solutions.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of implemented integrations.

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce CoE:

• Act as a technical reference for developers and analysts within the squads.

• Participate in architecture forums and technical solution evaluations.

• Guide teams in adopting Salesforce development best practices.

• Assist in technical refinements, estimations, and defining implementation strategies.

• Contribute to the standardization and continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform at BV.

• Change Management and Sustaining:

• Engage in the planning, monitoring, and execution of Change Requests (GMUDs).

• Ensure readiness of releases for deployment in production.

• Monitor deployments and take action to mitigate technical risks.

• Support observability, troubleshooting, and post-deployment monitoring activities.
