Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• This position involves close collaboration with the project team and the business, focusing on tracking the enterprise portfolio and guiding project teams to establish a uniform architecture across the Salesforce platform.

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of scalable Salesforce solutions spanning various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and custom applications. The role also entails defining, documenting, and creating a roadmap for current and future states, as well as resolving technical challenges within areas of responsibility.

• Provide mentorship to development teams and deliver technical support and quality assurance throughout all phases of projects, tackling technical obstacles as they emerge. Define and document architectural designs, build strategies, release plans, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with standards and governance protocols.

• Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems, along with third-party services, ensuring adherence to data governance policies during implementation stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect.

• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, and Application Architect.
