This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and guide a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including managing workloads, prioritization, coaching, and performance support.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate client and technical issues.
• Manage strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication, quality of delivery, and overall client satisfaction.
• Lead and facilitate audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects for Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design and provide consultation on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Convert complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review strategic work for technical accuracy and quality before client delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to pinpoint expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist in scoping, solution design, and discussions for new Revenue Operations opportunities.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards.
• Monitor project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team.
• Engage in collaboration through virtual meetings and Slack.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a similar field.
• 1–2+ years of direct experience in people management or formal team leadership.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot.
• Pardot/Account Engagement certification is highly preferred, or at least 2–3 years of hands-on Pardot implementation and administration experience.
• Strong practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience in leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Ability to lead conversations with senior-level clients and translate technical issues into business recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and challenging conversations.
• Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical tasks.
• Prior agency experience is strongly preferred; consulting or professional services experience is highly relevant.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments for B2B organizations is preferred.
• Experience in scoping projects, supporting sales discussions, and identifying account expansion opportunities is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements is preferred.
• Must have established and current work authorization and reside permanently in Canada.
