This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and guide a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, coaching, and providing performance support.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate client and technical issues.
• Take ownership of or supervise strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication, quality delivery, and high client satisfaction.
• Lead and assist in audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects related to Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Offer hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design and provide guidance on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Convert complex technical findings into clear recommendations suitable for both executive and non-technical audiences.
• Review the work of strategists to ensure technical accuracy and strategic quality prior to client delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to pinpoint expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Aid in scoping, solution design, and new business discussions regarding RevOps opportunities.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice grows.
• Maintain oversight of project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team.
• Lead and expand Directive’s Revenue Operations practice.
• Work in partnership with the Director of Revenue Operations, RevOps Strategists, Account Directors, and internal leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of direct people management or formal leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Extensive hands-on administration and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Significant experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot.
• Pardot/Account Engagement certification is strongly preferred, or at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Pardot implementation and administration.
• Robust hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, covering automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience in leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Ability to conduct senior-level client discussions and translate technical challenges into business solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and navigate difficult conversations.
• Capability to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical execution.
• Previous agency experience is strongly preferred; experience in consulting or professional services is highly relevant.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments for B2B organizations is preferred.
• Experience in scoping projects, aiding sales discussions, and identifying account expansion opportunities is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must currently reside in Canada.
