Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain web platforms based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA.

• Create scalable, unit-testable solutions for website applications and engage in code review processes.

• Integrate SFCC with backend services through REST and SOAP, including managing authentication and data transformation.

• Configure and oversee SFCC Business Manager settings related to site functionality and deployment processes.

• Develop front-end features using JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 to enhance commerce experiences.

• Collaborate with backend teams working on .NET Core middleware hosted on Azure to ensure seamless integration.

• Advocate for secure coding practices, architectural patterns, resiliency, and comprehensive documentation.

• Participate in all phases including planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support.

• Effectively communicate with colleagues and business contacts to foster teamwork and clarify delivery expectations.

• Provide evaluations and suggestions for ecommerce system design while ensuring architectural integrity when integrating components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web development.

• Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and knowledgeable about SFRA.

• Strong skills in JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with integration into REST and SOAP services, including managing authentication and data transformation.

• Knowledge of SFCC Business Manager configuration.

• Experience with .NET Core middleware and backend services.

• Familiarity with developing on Azure and supporting cloud-hosted middleware.

• Understanding of web security principles and safeguarding sensitive data in commerce applications.

• Experience with version control and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub Co-Pilot, Microsoft Co-Pilot).
