This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Director for New Construction to pinpoint revenue drivers, analyze performance trends, and uncover growth opportunities throughout the sales organization.
β’ Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and operationalize sales initiatives based on market opportunities, funnel insights, and team performance trends.
β’ Evaluate seller and segment performance to enhance pipeline management, conversion rates, productivity, retention, and overall sales effectiveness.
β’ Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and collaborate with Operations to boost consistency and efficiency across the organization.
β’ Assist in designing and implementing standardized forecasting processes, including clearer definitions, enhanced reporting, and more uniform operating rhythms for pipeline and revenue evaluations.
β’ Collaborate with Sales leadership, Finance, and Analytics to convert business objectives into measurable frontline KPIs.
β’ Work alongside Sales Analytics to refine performance frameworks, dashboards, and reports that indicate whether sales strategies and initiatives are yielding results.
β’ Distill complex data into clear recommendations and convey insights, trade-offs, and risks to senior stakeholders to foster alignment and drive action.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales strategy, go-to-market strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related field; experience with B2B sales organizations is preferred.
β’ Experience in marketplace, SaaS, media, or proptech is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with a knack for transforming complex business challenges into clear recommendations.
β’ Proven experience in developing business cases, performance insights, or planning recommendations that yield measurable business outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
β’ Highly collaborative and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, capable of working with Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams.
β’ Robust technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools; experience utilizing these tools for forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reporting is preferred.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments, establishing structure where none exists, and balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
