This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Explore and engage within assigned accounts while prospecting into divisions, teams, and processes where Autodesk currently lacks representation, initiating new Fusion discussions from the ground up.
• Manage Fusion deals from inception to closure as the lead seller or collaborate with the Midmarket AE, based on the specific opportunity.
• Develop integrated account strategies alongside Midmarket AEs and implement proactive joint initiatives.
• Navigate through engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and IT to quickly identify challenges, establish advocates, and generate deal momentum.
• Facilitate impactful customer dialogues centered around Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-driven platform and the tangible results it can achieve.
• Collaborate with Fusion technical sales representatives to provide compelling demonstrations, confirm requirements, and align solutions effectively.
• Uphold exceptional pipeline management, stringent qualification standards, and precise forecasting within Salesforce.
• Utilize advanced sales tools such as Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to enhance sales velocity, refine messaging, and boost performance.
• Document successful strategies. Transform them into replicable processes. Expand them throughout the midmarket sector.
• A proven history of exceeding sales quotas in midmarket or comparable sales environments.
• Familiarity with overlay or co-selling strategies and the capability to drive deals within a mixed ownership framework.
• Strong prospecting skills with the ability to reveal hidden workflows, new divisions, and avenues for expansion.
• Confidence in engaging with engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations personnel.
• Capacity to influence various levels within a customer's organization and expedite decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for cloud-native, AI-driven manufacturing solutions and the transformative impact they are having.
• High levels of competitiveness, urgency, and resilience in sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
