This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, strategize, and guide growth initiatives for designated client relationships to enhance account engagement with a long-term, multi-year perspective.
• Create and implement account strategies to stimulate revenue growth within your designated portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact between your clients and FIS, ensuring alignment with client strategies and expectations.
• Basic understanding of retirement solutions and/or retirement technology, encompassing systems, applications, and plan administration practices.
• Proficient negotiation and communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
• Capability to convey ideas clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executive leadership.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate client business needs and requirements.
• Capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
