This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Formulates a business plan for the designated territory that aligns with Viatris sales objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Delivers high-quality sales presentations to all targeted clientele.
• Meets quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory while maintaining compliance with all ethical sales standards and regulations.
• Creates a pre-call planning approach for key prospects.
• Fosters positive and engaging relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers.
• Ensures high levels of productivity in calls and field activities.
• Collects and utilizes information from offices, pharmacists, and others to devise and implement specific strategies for territory prescribers.
• Utilizes sample programs, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
• A BS or BA degree is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
• Proven track record of successful performance.
• Strong business acumen is necessary.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve results.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Willingness to travel is necessary.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English is mandatory.
