This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out, map, and engage exceptional sales talent across roles such as Account Executive, SDR or BDR, Sales Engineering, and Sales Leadership, with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing.
• Perform in-depth market and territory analysis to pinpoint influential sales organizations, competitor teams, and individual representatives with a proven history of achieving quotas.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS tools, referrals, and targeted outbound messaging, to establish and sustain a reliable pipeline of high-quality, sales-ready candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' sales proficiency through structured interviews, assessing metrics like quota achievement, deal size, sales cycle complexity, vertical experience, and go-to-market strategies across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sectors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to grasp territory design, headcount strategies, ramp expectations, and profile specifications, converting them into focused hiring approaches.
• Manage the complete recruiting cycle from initial outreach and qualification to offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a high-touch, high-velocity candidate experience that aligns with sales hiring timelines.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of four years of experience in recruiting for sales and revenue-generating positions, such as Account Executives, SDRs or BDRs, Sales Engineers, and Sales Leadership, showcasing a proven ability to place high-performing, quota-carrying talent.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and go-to-market tactics, including outbound prospecting, pipeline development, deal cycles, territory models, and prevalent sales methodologies.
• Capability to assess sales candidates using objective performance metrics such as quota achievement, deal size, average sales cycle duration, and consistency of results across various roles and companies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with candidates, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms, with the ability to manage high-volume outbound recruiting efforts in fast-paced environments.
