This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in making business decisions and developing customer selling presentations utilizing various data sources.
• Analyze data to derive insights, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with organizational leaders.
• Interpret and communicate data, pinpoint business opportunities, and offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external partners to support Sales Planning initiatives.
• Manage the sales input process for specific business initiatives.
• Present findings and reports to senior leadership teams.
• Support analytics efforts including forecast accuracy and trade analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) as well as analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Experience with POS data and a background in consumer-packaged goods is essential.
• Previous experience in Sales, Finance, and/or Marketing is required.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
