Commercial Lead – Biz Dev, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities.

• Establish and maintain enduring client relationships.

• Influence the future of Red Sky's commercial growth.

• Take charge of the entire sales process—from identifying target markets and initiating conversations to comprehending complex business requirements, crafting the appropriate solution, and finalizing the deal.

• Identify the most promising customer segments and commercial prospects.

• Develop and continually enhance our target account strategy.

• Create your own sales pipeline through high-quality outbound efforts, networking, partnerships, and innovative prospecting.

• Conduct discovery calls to uncover the underlying business issues behind initial requests.

• Translate client requirements into a clear scope of collaboration alongside our internal experts.

• Develop and present commercial proposals.

• Negotiate terms and guide opportunities to signed contracts.

• Cultivate existing accounts and identify further cooperation opportunities.

• Build and manage the sales pipeline, ensure CRM discipline, and handle forecasting and reporting.

• Experiment with new sales channels, partnerships, messaging, and market segments.

• Provide market feedback to the team and influence the evolution of our services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in selling B2B services such as software development, product development, technology consulting, tech recruitment, professional services, or similar fields.

• Ability to sell consultatively and navigate discussions where the client may not have a clearly defined brief.

• Proficiency in transitioning from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of personally generating pipeline rather than solely depending on inbound leads.

• Comfort in working across multiple service lines and crafting customized commercial propositions.

• Think in terms of pipeline, conversion rates, deal value, and revenue—while recognizing that successful B2B sales begin with understanding the client's business needs.

• Highly self-sufficient and capable of taking action without a complete sales playbook.

• Willingness to experiment, measure outcomes, and quickly adapt your approach.

• Proven ability to showcase a concrete success story where you established a sales channel or strategy from scratch and achieved measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in using AI, automation, and modern sales tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Polish.
