This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Initiating telephone contact with executives and decision-makers in the B2B sector
• Following up with companies that have already received a letter from us
• Actively acquiring new customers via phone
• Conducting needs analyses and advisory discussions
• Presenting our services in video meetings
• Creating and tracking proposals
• Closing contracts within the B2B sector
• Maintaining and documenting information in the CRM system
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in telephone-based new customer acquisition
• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with executives and decision-makers
• High self-motivation and strong closing skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• A fully equipped home office workspace with a Microsoft device
• Technical prerequisites: Personal laptop or PC (Windows operating system)
• Stable internet connection
• Professional headset
• Quiet workspace
• Proficient in using email, CRM, and communication tools
• Compensation (fixed salary + uncapped commission)
• Monthly freelancer retainer: €750 to €1,250
• Uncapped commission structure
• Up to €900 commission per closure possible
• Realistic total compensation ranging from €2,500 to €6,000 monthly
