This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for designing and enhancing leadership programs that bolster field-based leadership initiatives and improve coaching effectiveness throughout the US Sales organization.
• Collaborate closely with US cross-functional partners, sales leadership, and sales training teams to ensure that learning strategies are in alignment with business priorities.
• Assist in the creation of onboarding programs tailored for new US Sales Leaders.
• Consult with matrix stakeholders across the commercial team to evaluate functional training projects.
• Organize and support training activities associated with US DBM quarterly meetings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Oversee the Field Development Program, managing curriculum, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 13 years of relevant experience.
• At this level, a graduate degree may be preferred along with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a people leader in diabetes-related medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, sales data analytics, and the ability to translate metrics to identify needs.
• Demonstrated project management abilities: effective planning and resource coordination to achieve objectives within defined parameters.
